ACPM Medical College and Hospital abbreviated as Annasaheb Chudaman Patil Memorial Medical College & Hospital is the constituent unit of Jawahar Medical Foundation based in Dhule district in Maharashtra, precisely located at Dhule-Surat Highway, North Maharashtra. The foundation was established in 1984 with the vision and mission to create leading medical education & tertiary care health center to cater to the needy and poor people of Northern Maharashtra. Later in 1990, ACPM Medical College & Hospital was established.

The college is affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, and is well known for conferring quality medical education and the latest Ultra-Modern medical infrastructure. All advanced medical courses provided at UG and the PG level are well approved by the National Medical Commission (Earlier MCI). ACPM Medical College & Hospital, Dhule offers MBBS at the Undergraduate level and MD, MS at the Postgraduate level. ACPM, Dhule is a privately established medical Institution in the state facilitating with appropriate reservation as per the order mentioned by DMER, Mumbai. For MD/MS Aspirants:

• Candidates need to obtain a minimum of 50 percentile in NEET-PG for General Category and for reserved category, the requirement is 40 percentile in the same.

The Parent Organization of ACPM Medical College & Hospital i.e. Jawahar Medical Foundation has begun its humble beginning with starting of 150 bedded Charitable General Hospital to cater health needs of the rural & tribal population of Dhule district in 1989. Later the Hospital got transformed into leading tertiary care health facilities and a Center of Excellence. The Hospital provides enough infrastructure to the students of the college to attain Clinical exposure and expertise in their respective fields of Interest. The Hospital is equipped with all the Modern Medical and Surgical equipment along with full-fledged Diagnostic Support and Advanced Pathology labs. • ACPM Hospital has a full-fledged spectrum of distinct dedicated departments to Medicine, General Surgery and Ophthalmology, etc. The Hospital is facilitated with 650 beds divided into 6 specialties. The departments are Medicine, Paediatrics, Skin & VD, Psychiatry, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, etc with dedicated units equipped with the latest medical and surgical equipment.
