    About B.Sc Nursing in India:

    Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) in Nursing is a four-year professional medical course. To pursue B. Sc. nursing the candidates should have minimum eligibility criteria, having completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as mandatory subjects. There is an entrance examination to get admission in B.Sc. Nursing degree in India is widely accepted throughout the globe since the course teaches nursing science along with the essence of humanities.

    Eligibility for B.Sc. Nursing :

    There are two-course options for nursing first is B. Sc. (Basic) and second is B. Sc. (Post-Basic)

    For BSc (Basic) – Candidates should pass 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and should be medically fit.

    For BSc (Post-Basic) – Candidates should pass 10+2 in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology). One has to be certified in GNM (General Nursing Midwifery) and register him/herself as RNRM (Registered Nurse Registered Midwife) from the State Nurses Registration Council.

    B.Sc. Nursing Admission Process in India

    Admission to BSc Nursing is based on both entrance exams score and merit list. Mostly, BSc Nursing admission is based on entrance exams. Students who qualify the eligibility criteria mainly need to go through 2 steps before the final selection in BSc Nursing colleges.
