The University was established in 2014.

Al Falah University is a state deemed university recognized by UGC under UGC Act, 1956. Al Falah Medical College was established in 2019. There are several educational institutes running under the ambit of Al Falah University. Al Falah Medical College is precisely located in Faridabad in the state of Haryana.
