What is AP ICET 2021?

Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test(AP ICET)2021 is conducted by Sri Venkateswara University on behalf of APSCHE(Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education) for MBA entrance in Andhra Pradesh in University colleges and their affiliated colleges for the academic year 2021-23. AP ICET 2021 conducted among various districts and various locations of Andhra Pradesh.

These are the cities where the test is being conducted. Candidates can choose any two districts of test centers applying for MBA entrance in Andhra Pradesh.

APICET 2021: Eligibility for MBA entrance in Andhra Pradesh

The aspirants should follow the eligibility criteria mentioned in this article.

1. The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy local/non-local status requirements laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) Order, 1974 as amended.
2. The candidates shall satisfy the rules of the concerned universities where they take admission.
3. The candidates seeking admission

• • should have studied and passed a 3 year Degree course in any faculty conducted by the Universities or its equivalent Degree Examination in 10 + 2 + 3 patterns as recognized by U.G.C (University Grants Commission).

  • Subject to AICTE & APSCHE rules and regulations.
    • Candidates with aggregate marks of 50% (45% in case of reserved categories – SC, ST, and BC) are alone are eligible to take admission through APICET.
    • Candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria that have passed in Government orders for MBA entrance in Andhra Pradesh.
      The qualifying Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by the Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE andDEC/DEB.
      The candidates who are appearing for the final year degree examination shall also be eligible to appear for APICET-2021.

Note: Candidate who passed all the subjects of the three years of any Degree course in one sitting is not eligible for admission into MBA or MCA Course.

• The test consists of 200 questions of one mark each in the following sections.
• The test is designed to measure the candidate’s ability to think systematically, to use verbal and mathematical skills, and to assess his/her aptitude for MBA entrance in Andhra Pradesh. The Test highlights the level of accuracy. Therefore, the candidate is required to go through the instructions carefully. This test contains objective-type questions of multiple choice. Out of the given options, the candidate has to choose the correct answer. If the Candidate gives more than one answer to any question, such answers will not be awarded marks.
