Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2021: Counselling Process

Bihar NEET Counselling 2021 is a state Centralised Online Counselling Process. The sole authority to conduct online NEET UG Counselling 2021 is Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board i.e. BCECE, Patna.

Candidates need to visit the official website at https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in for registration on the basis of NEET UG Score 2021. Candidates can apply to MBBS/BDS Courses in various Government/Private medical colleges in the state of Bihar.

For All India Quota seats in MBBS/BDS in medical colleges, Candidates will have to register at https://mcc.nic.in. There are two rounds of counselling that take place followed by a Mop-Up round of NEET-UG Counselling 2021 is subjected to the availability of MBBS/BDS Seats after the 2nd round.

Admissions to the Medical/Dental/Ayush colleges of Bihar are solely based on the NEET UG 2021 score. Only NEET 2021 qualified candidates can participate in the Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2021. Detailed information is being shared in the article below.

Registration: 

By entering NEET-UG Roll no. and Date of Birth followed by a verification link to provide registered mobile no. and e-mail id, candidates can register for Bihar Neet UG Counselling 2021 at https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The candidate must keep the User-Id and password confidential. The registered e-mail id given by the candidate will be the User-Id for further communication. 

Personal Details:

After successful registration, candidates need to sign in to the account created and fill in the required personal details. Click on the “Save & Continue” button.

Upload Photo & Signature:

Following providing personal details, candidates then need to upload a photo as per the required dimension and bilingual signature (Hindi & English) after scanning the same. After uploading, click on the “Save & Continue” button.

Educational Details:

After uploading a signature and photograph, candidates will have to fill in the educational details as per the requirement. Then click on the “Save & Continue” button again.

Preview Application:

This is the last step before paying the counselling fee. Candidates can edit the details they provided and uploaded. They need to click on the “Back to Edit” button. Thereafter “Confirm & Submit” button to finally register on the BCECE Portal.

Counselling Fee:

To ensure successful registration, candidates need to pay the counselling fee. For that, they must click on the “Proceed to Payment” button. There are multiple options being facilitated by the BCECE Board, Patna. Candidates can either deposit Bank Challan offline or can pay in Online mode through Credit Card/Debit Card/ Internet Banking.

There will be a Mop-Up round after Round 2. Mop-Up/Final round is taken place when seats remain vacant after round 2 on the ground of Non-Availability or Non-Reporting of the candidates. Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2021: Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have qualified NEET-UG 2021.
• Candidates must have the domicile of Bihar (Differ for Management/NRI Quota)
• Candidates must have passed 12th from recognized board
• Candidates must have attained 17 years of age (born on or after 31st Dec 2004)

Candidates who are qualified for NEET-UG 2021 conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency), are eligible as well as to participate in the Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2021. Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2021: Reservation Criteria

As per the BCECE guidelines and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of Bihar, certain reservations have been specified for the reserved category of the candidates.
