ABOUT THE INSTITUTE
Ferghana Medical Institute of Public Health is a higher education institution in the city of Ferghana, Republic of Uzbekistan. The institute was established in 1992. This institute in Uzbekistan is a state university under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education and Science of Uzbekistan. Every year, the university receives a significant number of applications from students to pursue MBBS courses in the country. It currently offers courses in preventive medicine, general medicine and traditional medicine, as well as nursing and undergraduate programs. In 1991, it was granted the title of State University. To maintain the quality of teaching, the institute employs qualified teachers and scientists in the fields of medicine, sanitation, epidemiological health and public health. Currently, 147 professors and professors work in the 19 departments of the university. Among them are doctors of science, professors, lecturers and many other scientists. The institute also works with hospitals, clinics and other medical facilities to provide hands-on educational opportunities for students. The classrooms are airy and modernly equipped.
