Jharkhand NEET UG Counselling 2022: The state of Jharkhand was formed in the year 2000. It has been two decades since Jharkhand came into existence. In such a short span of time, Jharkhand has done a great job in promoting medical education. Currently, the state of Jharkhand has 8 Govt. Medical Colleges and 2 Private Medical Colleges. Jharkhand NEET-UG Counselling 2022: Counselling Process

Jharkhand NEET-UG Counselling 2022 is a state Centralised Online Counselling Process. The sole authority to conduct online NEET-UG Counselling 2022 is the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board, i.e. JCECEB, Ranchi.

Candidates need to visit the official website at https://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in  for registration on the basis of NEET-UG Score 2022. Candidates can apply to MBBS/BDS Courses in Government/Private medical colleges in the state of Jharkhand.

Registration:

• Candidates have to register on the website i.e. https://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in and submit the counselling fee which is Rs. 500/250 through Internet banking or any online mode.
• JCECEB, Ranchi will publish the Jharkhand NEET-UG 2022 State Merit List for the qualified candidate as per the secured marks and required percentile. Selected candidates will be allowed to participate in further events of Counselling.

Choice Filling:

• Candidates need to fill in Online choices at the https://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in website by using their registration number and Transaction Id generated at the time of registration.
• Candidates have to fill their choices of colleges as per their priority. They can fill in choices as many as they wish.

Allotment Result:

• Candidates can check the seat allotment status from the JCECEB, Ranchi at https://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. 
• Candidates are advised to download their allotment letter which needs to be produced at the time of reporting to the allotted college.
• Seats are allotted to the candidates on the basis of rank, scored marks, and the choices of their preferences.

Reporting to Allotted College:

• This is the final event when the candidates need to report to the allotted college with an allotment letter before the last date of admission.
• Seats will be considered as confirmed, once the fee payment and verification of documents will take place.

• Candidates must have qualified for NEET-UG 2022.
• Candidates must have the domicile of Jharkhand. 
• Candidates must have passed 12th from a recognized board
• Candidates must have attained 17 years of age (born on or after 02-01-2005)
• English must be the core subject among passing subjects of the 12th Board.
• Candidates claiming reservation will have to upload caste certificate in the proper format, issued by the competent authority- Circle Officer or Sub Divisional Officer- (Civil) or Dy. Commissioner of Jharkhand.

Jharkhand NEET-UG Counselling 2022: Counselling Procedure

• Candidates must check the Jharkhand NEET State merit list declared on the official website of JCECEB i.e. https://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. 
• Candidates included in the merit list for Jharkhand NEET Counselling will have to report to the designated center with essential documents for Jharkhand NEET Counselling 2022.
• Candidates will have to get their documents verified at the allotted center, followed by the selection of their choice or preference of college and course, considering their rank in the state merit list.
