Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church Medical College is one of the top medical colleges in the state of Kerala. The medical college is popularly known as MOSC Medical College Kolenchery, established in 2002 by the welfare trust of Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church Medical Mission. MOSC Medical College Kolenchery is a Christian minority medical college that has been doing excellent work in the field of medical education and providing healthcare facilities.

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English having 50% marks from any recognized board. Candidates from the reserved category need to possess 40% in the same. 
• The Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st Dec 2022. The candidates who do not complete 17 years as on 31st Dec’22 is not eligible.
• Candidates must have qualified NEET-UG with the required percentile. 

For MD/MS Aspirants:

• Candidates must have passed MBBS from a recognized University by the NMC.
• Candidates need to have completed 1 Year of mandatory Internship on or before the 11th of July in the same year of applying.
• Candidates need to produce permanent/provisional registration provided by the NMC (Earlier MCI) or the respective state medical council.

MOSC Medical College Kolenchery: Admission Process

All the admissions to any of the UG and PG Courses are strictly based on merit gained in the All India Entrance Exam i.e. NEET-UG and NEET-PG for Postgraduate courses. Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church Medical College Kolenchery offers MD and MS Courses along with the Super specialty programs. 

Students who wish to take admission to this college, need to obtain the required percentile in NEET followed by the counselling conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations an integral body of Kerala Higher Education Institutions. Only NEET-qualified candidates are eligible to participate in the counselling.

MOSC Medical College Kolenchery: MBBS Admission Process

MOSC Medical College Kolenchery offers Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery. The MBBS course in this college is 5.5 years long including 1 year of mandatory internship. 

Candidates seeking admission to MBBS in MOSC Medical College Kolenchery need to qualify for NEET-UG followed by the Counselling conducted by DGHS, New Delhi on the behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee. MOSC Medical College Kolenchery: MD/MS Admission Process
