Medical Education Commission, Govt. of Nepal has invited online applications for granting admission to Undergraduate Medical and Allied Health Sciences’ Programs run by all Universities, Affiliated Colleges, and Health Science Academics. Interested candidates can certainly apply from March 22, 2021, at 10:00 AM to April 25, 2021, till 5:00 PM through online application available at www.mec.gov.np

NEPAL is one of the very few nations which has been keenly sought for pursuing a career in the field of medicine. Nepal is being in the lap of the Himalayas, this country achieved much in the field of medicine. Every year thousands of international students from different nations come to this country to pursue Advanced Medical Courses at distinct levels i.e. MBBS and MD/MS. Every year the Medical Education Board conducts Entrance Exams for all UG Courses to take admission in Nepal. In 2020 the exam was supposed to be held on Oct 25, 2020, but due to a global pandemic, it couldn’t have made possible. So now Medical Education Commission has invited applications from foreign students seeking admission to the MBBS Program in the reputed Medical Institutes of Nepal. MECEE UG 2020: Eligibility Criteria

Students are required to possess certain eligibility to take admission in any Medical college of Nepal for UG Courses. Students are advised to check all the eligibility details before appearing in the Entrance Exam. Necessary criteria that need to be followed are as follows: 

• Must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with 50% marks in Aggregate from a recognized board. 
• Candidates appearing in the Entrance Exam conducted by Medical Education Commission will be given the first priority. 
• Selected candidates need to produce Original documents regarding Academic qualifications.

MECEE UG 2020: UG Courses in Nepal 

Medical Education Commission is the sole authority to conduct UG Entrance Exams for the Medical Colleges of Nepal. A number of Under Graduate courses are being studied by thousands of International Students including Indians. All the courses are well approved and recognized worldwide. 14 out of 16 Medical colleges of Nepal are MCI Recognized. So it is better to have a glance at all the courses for which UG Entrance Exams are going to be conducted soon. Course details are as follows:
