MHT MBA/MMS CET 2024: Application Process


The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has invited applications from eligible candidates to take admission to the top Management colleges of Maharashtra. Jan 10th, 2024 Onwards, applications are being invited from eligible and interested candidates across the country to enroll in MBA/MMS/PGDM programs.


Candidates need to apply online at https://mahacet.org. Candidates interested in appearing at the MHT CET 2024 Management Entrance have to duly submit the MHT CET 2024 application form by filling in personal and academic details. Eligibility criteria and important dates are mentioned below.


MHT MBA/MMS CET 2024: Eligibility Criteria


Candidates who are seeking admission to MBA/MMS/PGDM offered by the reputed management colleges in Maharashtra. Certain eligibility criteria have been determined to be eligible for appearing in MHT CET 2024. Candidates across the country can apply for MBA programs in Maharashtra. Following are the details of the eligibility criteria.


  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.

  • The minimum score required is 50% in Aggregate.

  • Reserved category candidates can apply if they score 45% in aggregate.

  • Final-year students awaiting their results are also eligible to apply.

  • Candidates irrespective of domicile can apply to the MHT MBA/MMS/PGDM CET Exam 2024.

  • Candidates appearing for CAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA can apply for MHT CET 2024 Counselling.

MHT MBA/MMS CET Counselling 2024


The counselling is the most important sequence of college allotment and the final admission process. After the declaration of the result, it will hardly take 2 months to begin the counselling process. The qualified candidates are then required to participate in the counselling process through CAP i.e. Centralised Admission Process. 


Qualified candidates need to participate in the CAP round facilitated by the CET CELL Maharashtra to enroll in the desired college to pursue the MBA/MMS/PGDM program. More information can be obtained from https://cetcell.mahacet.org. Candidates qualified in CAT/GMAT/MAT/XAT can also participate in the CAP round for counselling by paying Rs. 1000. The following process is included in the entire CAP round.
