NCR Institute of Medical Sciences, popularly known as NCRIMS Meerut is one of the top medical institutes in the state of the U.P. and also lies in the historical city of Meerut. NCR Institute of Medical Sciences Meerut was established in 2018 and got recognition from the National Medical Commission and has also been recognized by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India.

Eligibility Criteria

NCR Institute of Medical Sciences offers MBBS at the Undergraduate level. Aspiring students need to qualify in NEET conducted by NTA followed by the counselling conducted by DMET Lucknow. For the latest eligibility criteria candidates can visit https://ncrinstituteofmedicalsciences.com. 

To secure a seat in MBBS and PG Courses at the NCR Institute of Medical Sciences Meerut, the candidates need to hold certain eligibility criteria which are discussed below.

For MBBS Aspirants:

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English having 50% marks from any recognized board. Candidates from the reserved category need to possess 40% in the same. 
• Candidates need to attain 17 years of age. Less than mentioned age will not be entertained under any circumstances.
• Candidates must have qualified NEET-UG with the required percentile.

For MD/MS Aspirants:

• Candidates must have passed MBBS from a recognized University by the NMC.
• Candidates need to have completed 1 Year of mandatory Internship on or before the 11th of August in the same year of applying.
• Candidates need to produce permanent/provisional registration provided by the NMC (Earlier MCI) or the respective state medical council.
• Candidates need to obtain a minimum of 50 percentile in NEET-PG for General Category and for the reserved category, the requirement is 40 percentile in the same.

Admission Process

All the admissions to any of the UG and PG Courses are strictly based on merit gained in the All-India Entrance Exam i.e. NEET-UG and NEET-PG for Postgraduate courses. Students who wish to take admission to this college, need to obtain the required percentile in NEET followed by the counselling conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education and Training Lucknow. As per Govt. of Uttar Pradesh orders, and guidelines set by the Directorate of Medical Education and Training Lucknow. Total MBBS seats are classified into State Quota and All India/Management Quota. 85% of seats are reserved for the state quota and 15% of remaining seats are reserved for the All India/Management Quota. MBBS Seats are reserved as per the guidelines of NMC New Delhi.
