Sree Gokulam Medical College Trivandrum: Eligibility Criteria

Sree Gokulam Medical College Trivandrum offers MBBS at the Undergraduate level and MD, MS at the Postgraduate level. Besides this, SGMC Trivandrum offers MD and MS Courses in certain clinical and para-clinical specializations.

For MBBS Aspirants:

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English having 50% marks from any recognized board. Candidates from the reserved category need to possess 40% in the same. 
• The Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st Dec 2022. The candidates who do not complete 17 years as on 31st Dec’22 is not eligible.
• Candidates must have qualified NEET-UG with the required percentile. 

For MD/MS Aspirants:

• Candidates must have passed MBBS from a recognized University by the NMC.
• Candidates need to have completed 1 Year of mandatory Internship on or before the 11th of July in the same year of applying.
• Candidates need to produce permanent/provisional registration provided by the NMC (Earlier MCI) or the respective state medical council.

Sree Gokulam Medical College Trivandrum: Admission Process

All the admissions to any of the UG and PG Courses are strictly based on merit gained in the All India Entrance Exam i.e. NEET-UG and NEET-PG for Postgraduate courses. Sree Gokulam Medical College Trivandrum offers MD and MS Courses along with the Super specialty programs. 

Students who wish to take admission to this college, need to obtain the required percentile in NEET followed by the counselling conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations an integral body of Kerala Higher Education Institutions. Sree Gokulam Medical College Trivandrum: MBBS Admission Process

Sree Gokulam Medical College Trivandrum offers Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery. The MBBS course in this college is 5.5 years long including 1 year of mandatory internship. 

Candidates seeking admission to MBBS in SGMC Trivandrum need to qualify for NEET-UG followed by the Counselling conducted by DGHS, New Delhi on the behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee.
