Tamil Nadu NEET Counselling 2022 is a state Centralized Online Counselling Process. The sole authority to conduct online NEET UG Counselling 2022 is the Directorate of Medical Education i.e. DME, Chennai.

The Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education, Tamil Nadu releases the seat allotment list, which is prepared on the basis of the choices filled by the candidates and ranks in the state merit list. There will be a Mop-Up round after Round 2. Mop-Up/Final round is taken place when seats remain vacant after round 2 on the ground of Non-Availability or Non-Reporting of the candidates. This round of counselling is the last one and is subject to the availability of seats after the completion of Round 2. The net vacant seats on account of Non-Joining, and Non-Reporting of round 2 will be published in the seat matrix and eligible candidates have to submit fresh choices.
