What is TS ICET 2021?

Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET) 2021 is a state-level MBA entrance in Telangana conducted by Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), Hyderabad for admission into MBA courses of all the Universities in Telangana State and their affiliated colleges for the academic year 2021- 22.

TS ICET 2021 is conducted in 14 regional states of Telangana state and Andhra Pradesh are given below. The Convener reserves the right to add or delete any center from the list and allot accordingly place and code.

Note: Any impersonation of candidates done during the exam is liable for prosecution, and inviting a punishment of imprisonment for 3 to 7 years with or without penalty ranging from  INR. 5,000/- to 20,000/-


TS ICET 2021: Eligibility for MBA entrance in Telangana


  1. The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy local/non-local status requirements put down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) Order.
  2. The candidates other than Indian Nationals should satisfy the rules of the Universities concerned.
  3. Should have passed a Bachelor Degree of minimum 3-years duration.
  4. 50% of marks at the graduation
  5. 45% for SC/ST of marks at the graduation
  6. The qualifying Degree obtained should be of Distance Mode Program/ Open Distance Learning (ODL) have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB as per UGC Regulations announced in 2013.
  7. The candidates who are appearing for the final year degree examination shall also be eligible to appear for TSICET-2021.
  8. Admission into any college depends on its Recognition/Affiliation by the regulatory body
  9. Qualifying marks in TSICET-2021 is 25% and no minimum marks are specified for SC/ST candidates.

TS ICET 2021: How to apply for MBA entrance in Telangana

  1. Log into TS ICET 2021 official website https://icet.tsche.ac.in/
  2. Pre-register the application form with a fee of 650/- (Inclusive of Registration fee and Test fee) and 450/- in case of SC/ST and Differently Abled candidates transaction with following payment modes.
  3. Then it redirects to fill the application with all required documents.

 

TS ICET 2021: Fee Payment and FlowChart for online application form for MBA entrance in Telangana

There are two modes of payment for registration of application as follows:

 

Telangana State(TS) or Andhra Pradesh(AP) OnlineDebit Card /Credit Cards/ Net Banking
  1. Candidates need to choose the nearest TS /AP Online center.
  2. Visit any Online center with the following mandatory details:
    a)Hall Ticket number of the qualifying Degree Examination (BA/B.Com/B.Sc/ B. Tech etc.)
    b)Name of the Candidate
    c)Father’s Name
    d)Date of Birth (as mentioned in SSC/ Birth Certificate)
    e)Mobile number (Some Mobile Number till the end of Admissions)
    f)Stream applying for: MBA entrance in Telangana
  1. If a candidate chooses the payment using Debit Card / Credit Card/Net Banking then go to “Application fee payment” mentioned in official website
  2. Click on the “Fill Application Form” button and proceed by filling the required details
Candidates will receive a Receipt for the Registration fee payment containing a Transaction Id from the payment center after the payment.
  • The candidate will be redirected to the Payment Gateway site. Candidates need to note down the Payment Reference ID for future correspondence.
  • Note: During the Payment process, candidates are strongly advised to not click on the Back / Refresh buttons. Also do not close the Browser page abruptly.
  • Visit https://icet.tsche.ac.in along with the Receipt.
  • With the Receipt Form details and click on the process. The “Application Form” button
After payment is done, candidates need to Note down the “Payment Reference Id.” Then proceed with the “Application Form” that to be filled
