Course Duration & Eligibility

  1. Marks required in 12th with PCB and appearing candidates can also apply. .(Unreserved 50%, OBC/SC/ST – 40%, PWD) 
  2. Minimum Age should be 17 years on 31st December 2023. (No upper age limit).
  3. No attempt limits.
  4. The students must be studied in an English medium or at least they have English as a subject.
  5. MBBS course duration (5 years).

MBBS NEET 2023

 NEET Full of is  National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test. NEET has been conducted by the National Testing Agency .It is a national level entrance exam for admission to MBBS colleges across india. NEET was Introduced in 2013 by CBSE,in order to unify all the medical entrance examinations across the country. but the neet has become mandatory entrance examination to all the medical colleges in 2020 onwards  with enforcement of the national medical council act ,2019.

Admission Process for MBBS in Karnataka

Admissions to the Medical/Dental/Ayush colleges of Karnataka are entirely based on the NEET 2023 score. Only NEET 2023 qualified candidates can participate in Karnataka.

  1. Registration:Candidates have to register on the website i.e. KEA | Home (karnataka.gov.in) and submit the counseling fee which is Rs. 1000/5000/6000 through Internet banking or any online mode. RMC will publish the Karnataka NEET 2023 merit list for the qualified candidate as per the secured marks and required percentile. Selected candidates will be allowed to participate in further events of Counseling.
  • Choice Filling:Candidates need to fill in Online choices at the KEA | Home (karnataka.gov.in) website by using their registration number and Transaction Id generated at the time of registration.Candidates have to fill their choices of colleges as per their priority. They can fill choices as many as they wish.
  • Allotment Result:Candidates can check the seat allotment status from the RMC,Karnataka at KEA | Home (karnataka.gov.in). Candidates are advised to download their allotment letter which needs to be produced at the time of reporting to the allotted college.Seats are allotted to the candidates on the basis of rank, scored marks, and the choices of their preferences.
