Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi or XISS is the pioneer in management studies in Jharkhand since 1955. The college is approved by the All India Counsil for Technical Education (AICTE). Step 5 –Initial Short listings are done, and the selected candidates are called for a Personal Interview (PI) round and Group Discussion (GD) round.

Step 6 – The final selection is based on the makes achieved in XAT/CAT/CMAT, GD, and PI.

Step 7- The final selected candidates are provided with a final admission letter from XISS, Ranchi
